- Choose the intended PEP product from the current results.

Catalogue values can change. Use the product and denomination shown at the moment of purchase. For API orders, fetch the active catalogue immediately before validation.
Buy the voucher
- Select the approved amount.
- Enter a reference that connects the purchase to its recipient or business purpose.
- Review the amount, any fee, total billing value and projected wallet balance.
- Correct insufficient balance before submitting.
- Place the order once.
- Open Voucher History and wait for a final result.
What happens after the order
The order may remain pending while supplier processing completes. A pending status is not an instruction to purchase again. When the status becomes successful, open the record and verify the voucher details before sending them to the recipient.
